The apartments

Marjal Beach Residential exists of six apartment blocks: five blocks with each 22 apartments and one with 10; so in total 120 apartments. The apartments have different sizes; with 2 or 3 bedrooms, penthouses, some ground level apartments have large terraces, etc. Under each two apartment blocks there is a garage; each apartment has its own parking place and store room.

The apartments itself are luxurious, even compared with north European standards. Standard are: build-in airco and heating system; radiant heated floors in the bath rooms; WiFi, electronic house system (Domotica) where you can command the lights, the electric shutters, the airco system; video entry phone with colour screen, etc. it is all there. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hob, ceramic cooker, extraction hood and a microwave oven all from BOSCH. (The 2 bedrooms apt. has a hob-microwave and washing machine- tumble dryer combination).

The area

Within a 15 minutes’ walk to Guardamar center or to one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca or a 15 minutes’ drive to Torrevieja, 25 minutes to the airport of Alicante it is a perfect place for a vacation or to live. Beautiful cities with culture you can find in Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Cartagena. All these cities are excellent to drive by car via the highways or local routes. For the golfers, this area is the place to be: within 25 km you will find at least 10 beautiful golf courses, from easy to play to challenging. Campoamor, Rojales, Las Ramblas, La Finca are within 15km.

The residential
